Vous avez une expérience en génie mécanique, vous avez travaillé dans un environnement de service à la clientèle dans l'industrie aéronautique et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous!

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche deux (2) Spécialistes en Ingénierie en conception de réparation pour rejoindre notre organisation Services Clients basée à Mirabel, au Canada, où vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'équipe de Réparation d'Airbus basée à Toulouse et en Australie.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Ingénierie en service qui est responsable de développer la capacité des spécialistes en ingénierie à établir et à fournir, pour toutes les flottes, des solutions opportunes et cohérentes aux questions techniques quotidiennes soulevées par le support client pour les problèmes techniques en exploitation.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos défis :

• Soutenir activement l'équipe d'Ingénierie en Service des structures et de la cabine de l'A220 pour s'assurer que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites ;

• Concevoir des réparations spécifiques pour les dommages métalliques et composites dépassant les limites de la publication Aircraft Structural Repair (ASRP) ;

• Concevoir des réparations génériques pour les structures métalliques et composites ;

• Offrir un support technique aux opérateurs en ce qui concerne la réparabilité de leur flotte d'A220 ;

• Effectuer une enquête sur les problèmes structurels en service affectant la fiabilité, la disponibilité et la réparabilité ;

• Participer à la conception et au soutien des modifications structurelles ;

• Représenter le soutien à la clientèle A220 dans les comités internes et externes ;

• Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue de l'organisation de soutien à la clientèle.

Votre profil :

• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou aérospatial avec une expérience pertinente d'au moins dix (10) ans dans l'industrie aérospatiale ;

• Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de CATIA V5 (de préférence R19) et d'Enovia ;

• Vous êtes à l'aise pour interroger la réparation de structures d'aéronefs ;

• Vous avez une connaissance des logiciels MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) ;

• Vous êtes une personne dynamique avec de l'initiative, un sens aigu des responsabilités, orienté client et un bon jugement ;

• Vous êtes organisé, capable de gérer votre temps et de prioriser les tâches efficacement, tout en travaillant dans des délais serrés ;

• Vous avez une connaissance des systèmes d'ingénierie, de dessin et de contrôle de configuration A220 (un atout) ;

• Vous avez une connaissance détaillée de l'exploitation, de l'ingénierie et de la maintenance des compagnies aériennes (un atout) ;

• Vous avez de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for two (2) Repair Design Engineering Specialist to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus Repair team based in Toulouse and Australia.

You will be part of the In-Service Engineering - Structural Repair Design team responsible for developing the ability of engineering specialists to establish and provide, for all fleets, timely and consistent solutions to daily technical questions raised by customer support for technical problems in operations.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:

• Actively support the A220 In-Service Engineering Structures & Cabin team to ensure customer expectations are met;

• Design specific repairs for metallic and composite damages exceeding Aircraft Structural Repair Publication (ASRP) limitations;

• Design generic repairs for metallic and composite structures;

• Offer technical support to operators with regards to repairability of their A220 fleet;

• Perform investigation on in-service structural issues affecting reliability, dispatchability and repairability;

• Participate in the design and support of structural modifications;

• Represent A220 Customer Support in internal and external committees;

• Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives of the Customer Support organization.

Your profile:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a relevant experience of minimum of ten (10) years in the aerospace industry;

• You have detailed knowledge of CATIA V5 (preferably R19) and Enovia;

• You are comfortable in interrogating aircraft structure repair;

• You have knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

• You are a dynamic person with initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented and good judgment;

• You are organized, able to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively, while working toward tight deadlines;

• You have knowledge of A220 engineering, drawing and configuration control systems (an asset);

• You have detailed knowledge of airline operation, engineering and maintenance (an asset);

• You have strong, written and spoken, communication skills in French and English.
