Vous avez une solide expérience en architecture numérique (Digital) de systèmes d'information complexes, vous avez travaillé dans le domaine des architectures IT transversales, de l'infrastructure et/ou des solutions applicatives et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? L'équipe Digital d'Amérique du Nord d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Conseiller principal en architecture système (role SAFE) Transversal et Enablers pour rejoindre notre équipe Airbus Digital North America où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes Digitale internationales d'Airbus.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Architecture chargée de la feuille de route et l'intégration des architectures au sein de l'Agile Release Train (ART) “Transversal et Enablers” d'Airbus Digital North America.

Votre rôle en tant que Conseiller principal en architecture système sera de guider la pratique d'architecture, d'assurer la cohérence et la qualité/validation des dossiers d’Architecture (ARD) livrés par l'équipe, et de guider environ 15 architectes de solution, d’infrastructure et de cybersécurité au sein de l'ART.

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de gouvernance de la SAFE Solution (SAFE Large Solution) et co gérerez le Centre de Compétence Architecture.

Vos défis:

• Diriger la pratique d'architecture pour l'ART Transversal et Enablers en guidant environ 15 architectes de solution, d’infrastructure et de cybersécurité au sein de l'ART;

• Garantir la cohérence technique et la conformité des Architecture Dossiers (ARD) livrés par l'équipe, en respectant les standards et modèles Airbus (ex: Archimate);

• Définir et maintenir la feuille de route architecturale de l'ART, en intégrant les feuilles de route stratégiques, définies par le cellule d’architecture d’entreprise, auxquelles vous contribuez;

• Soutenir les architectes dans la formalisation des exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles en matrices de couverture de exigences;

• Promouvoir et implémenter les concepts d'architecture avancés tels que Zero Trust, le cloud, les microservices, l’intelligence artificielle, le SecDevOPS, le data streaming …

• Mettre en place un processus d'intégration fluide des nouvelles architectures dans le paysage informatique global d'Airbus Digital North America;

• Développer une discipline d'amélioration continue (Simplification, partage de connaissance et automatisation par IA);

• Arbitrer les décisions techniques complexes au sein de l'ART et produire des matrices de décision claires pour la direction;

• Siéger de manière permanente dans le comité de revue et d’approbation des designs d’architecture pour la région Amérique du Nord;

• Assurer l'alignement stratégique de l'architecture avec les objectifs de l'ART et de la division Digital North America.

Votre profil:

• Au moins cinq (5) ans d'expérience solide expérience en architecture de systèmes d'information complexes et en leadership technique d'équipe;

• Maîtrise des cadres d'architecture d'entreprise (ex: Archimate) et expérience confirmée dans la production d'Architecture Dossiers (ARD);

• Expérience significative dans la gestion et le mentorat d'une équipe d'architectes;

• Expertise approfondie des architectures Cloud (GCP préféré), de datacenter, de réseau (Arista,Palo Alto, 5G), d‘IA;

• Forte compréhension des principes de Security by Design et des concepts de sécurité Zero Trust, API, et IAM (Identity and Access Management);

• Compétences en communication et négociation pour arbitrer les choix architecturaux avec la direction et les parties prenantes;

• Diplôme d'études supérieures (ou équivalent) en informatique ou dans une discipline connexe;

• Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau avancé/négociation) est obligatoire. Le français est un atout.

Do you have solid experience in Digital Architecture of complex Information Systems, have you worked in the field of transversal IT, infrastructure, and/or application solution architectures and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you!

The North America Digital team is looking for a Lead Advisor System Architecture (SAFE role) to join our Airbus Digital North America team where you will work jointly with the international Airbus Digital teams.

You will be part of the architecture team responsible for the roadmap and the integration of architectures within the “Transversal et Enablers” Agile Release Train (ART) of Airbus Digital North America. You will be part of the SAFE Solution (SAFE Large Solution) governance team and co-lead the Architecture Competence Center.

Your role as Lead Advisor System Architecture will be to guide the architecture practice, ensure the consistency and quality/validation of Architecture Dossiers (ARD) delivered by the team, and guide approximately 15 solution, infrastructure, and cybersecurity architects within the ART.

Your challenges:

• Lead the architecture practice for the Transversal and Enablers ART by guiding approximately 15 solution, infrastructure, and cybersecurity architects within the ART;

• Ensure the technical consistency and compliance of Architecture Dossiers (ARD) delivered by the team, respecting Airbus standards and models (e.g., Archimate);

• Define and maintain the architectural roadmap for the ART, integrating the strategic roadmaps, defined by the Enterprise Architecture cell, to which you contribute;

• Support architects in formalizing functional and non-functional requirements into requirement covering matrices;

• Promote and implement advanced architectural concepts such as Zero Trust, the cloud, microservices, artificial intelligence, SecDevOPS, data streaming…

• Establish a smooth integration process for new architectures into the overall IT landscape of Airbus Digital North America;

• Develop a continuous improvement practice (Simplify, framework, knowledge sharing, AI automation);

• Arbitrate complex technical decisions within the ART and produce clear decision matrices for management;

• Permanent member of the Architecture board approving all Digital NA designs;

• Ensure the strategic alignment of the architecture with the objectives of the ART and the Digital North America division.

Your profile :

• At least five (5) years of experience of solid experience in complex Information Systems architecture and technical team leadership;

• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., Archimate) and proven experience in producing Architecture Dossiers (ARD);

• Significant experience in managing and mentoring a team of architects;

• Deep expertise in Cloud architectures (GCP preferred), datacenter, network, and AI;

• Strong understanding of Security by Design principles and Zero Trust, API security, and IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts;

• Communication and negotiation skills to arbitrate architectural choices with management and stakeholders;

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in computer science or a related discipline;

• Advanced/Negotiation level proficiency in English is mandatory. French is an asset.
