YOUR ROLE
The charter flights agent manages all charter flight operations from the moment the need is identified until the flight is carried out. In collaboration with the flight control and operations departments, they organize the flight by ensuring that the aircraft, crew, and all other required resources and equipment are available, all while complying with regulations. They ensure excellent logistics and resolve issues or make adjustments as needed to guarantee a smooth and efficient flight. They will perform any other related tasks that may be assigned.

Requested skills

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
• DEC or AEC in transportation logistics, aviation, or any other combination of training and/or relevant experience. The absence of a diploma may be compensated by more extensive experience.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a customer service and/or logistics position is considered an asset.
• Experience in the aviation field is considered an asset.
• Possess essential interpersonal qualities: curiosity, open-mindedness, and effective communication.
• Be autonomous and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Bilingual (French and English). Proficiency in English is required in order to communicate daily with English-speaking colleagues and clients.
• Excellent computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Knowledge of AIMS and FOS systems is considered an asset.
• Flexible availability to work evenings and some weekends.
