Benefits

You will assist the Chief Flight Attendant with all of her duties. Specifically, you will be responsible for preparing
written exams and training plans for flight attendants, maintaining master exam files, and overseeing
procedures for their distribution, grading, retention, and destruction. You will also conduct classroom training
as needed. The role also includes in-flight training, online integration, and online verifications when assigned
by the Chief Flight Attendant, as well as participation in the improvement of existing training programs and the
development of new programs.

Requested skills

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
  •  You have a High School diploma.
  •  You have 5 to 7 years of experience as a flight attendant or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  •  You have experience as trainer and/or have been involved in employee training and evaluations.
  •  You are bilingual (French and English). Knowledge of Cree culture and language is an asset.
  •  You possess strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  •  You are able to work under pressure.
  •  You are able to work irregular hours, with the possibility of an overnight stays.
  •  You must be available upon request.
  •  You must be certified
