Description
YOUR ROLE
As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring the company's financial transactions. You will perform transaction entries, prepare bank reconciliations, verify invoices, and assist in the preparation of financial reports. You will ensure the accuracy of accounting data and compliance with internal procedures. In an aviation environment, you will collaborate with various departments to support the efficient and accurate financial management of the company's operations. You will also perform any other related duties as assigned.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
- College diploma in Accounting and Management, Business Administration, or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience;
- Bilingual (English and French). Proficiency in English is required in order to communicate with colleagues at other stations and bases. Knowledge of the Cree language is considered an asset;
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe applications;
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Punctual, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Self-motivated, discreet, and capable of handling multiple files and responsibilities concurrently;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system is considered an asset.
