Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a Loading Team Lead position in Terrebonne, QC.

Terrebonne, QC
$26.80/hour (including premiums)
Monday to Friday – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Permanent – Full-time


Role Overview

You will play a key role in coordinating loading operations and supporting a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate loading team and assign tasks

  • Support team members and resolve operational issues

  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Oversee end-of-day operations

  • Perform manual loading (doors, moldings, materials)

  • Prepare orders based on delivery documents

  • Verify materials and hardware

  • Inspect returned products


Requirements

  • Experience as a team lead (manufacturing or shipping)

  • Good physical condition (manual handling required)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to read imperial measurements

  • Experience in wood or shipping (asset)

  • Reliable and detail-oriented
