Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients in the food production sector an experienced manual poultry deboner. This position is intended for skilled individuals who are comfortable working on a piece-rate basis and who can maintain strong productivity while meeting high quality and precision standards.
This role requires proven expertise in removing fat, skin, and bones, not only basic deboning.
Main Responsibilities-
Perform manual deboning of poultry parts (chicken breasts and thighs)

Accurately remove fat, skin, and bones using a standard knife

Maintain production pace while ensuring high-quality standards

Sharpen, maintain, and clean knives safely

Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards

Minimum 2 years of experience in manual poultry deboning

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

Experience with piece-rate work (per kg)

Ability to stand for long periods

Comfortable working in a cold environment (approximately 2–6 °C)

Consistency, precision, speed, and strong observation skills
