Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a well-established organization in downtown Montréal, for a permanent HR Operations Technician position.

Downtown Montréal
Full-time (35–40 hours/week), Monday to Friday
Hybrid model (2 remote days per week)
Salary: $47,000 – $70,000 per year


Role Overview

Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will support talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR administrative operations. You will act as a key resource for managers and employees.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
  • Review and post job openings;

  • Coordinate interviews;

  • Support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process;

  • Manage background verification communications.


HR Systems & Operations
  • Process HR transactional requests in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday);

  • Respond to employee inquiries via HR ticketing system;

  • Advise managers on policies, working conditions and benefits;

  • Draft and revise HR documentation.


Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a unionized environment;

  • College diploma in administration or equivalent;

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ATS, SharePoint an asset);

  • Excellent French proficiency (spoken and written);

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;

  • Excellent communication and internal client service skills.
