POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role as Senior Channel Sales Manager of Referral Driver is to partner closely with Service teams to drive qualified referrals to Sales, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities and strengthening collaboration across the client lifecycle called. This includes building strong relationships with regional Service leaders and front-line associates, creating clear referral pathways, removing friction in the process, and equipping Service teams with the knowledge and tools they need to confidently identify, qualify, and submit referrals.

In addition, the Senior Channel Sales Manager of Referral Driver is also responsible for supporting the COI Program. As all sales associates and leaders are enabled to drive COI partners, the support required will be both operational execution and executive support on opportunities at both the DM and Leader level as needed. The goal is to increase referral activity, lead volume, lead quality, and ultimately drive measurable sales outcomes. The role also includes designing and executing programs and promotions to improve referral engagement, and tracking performance at the monthly, fiscal-year, and year-over-year levels.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Service leadership and teams to identify referral opportunities, streamline referral workflows, and drive sustained referral volume and quality.
  • Build strong relationships with regional Service stakeholders to improve awareness, engagement, and ownership of referral-driving expectations.
  • Achieve or exceed specialist quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis based on closed units sold.
  • Be a subject matter expert on all aspects of the Client Referral Program, including criteria, workflows, SLAs, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop appropriate incentive structures, reporting mechanisms, and payment processes.
  • Create and deliver enhanced training for internal stakeholders, District Managers, Service teams, and new hires to ensure full understanding of referral best practices.
  • Develop strategies to reduce or eliminate friction points across the referral process, with a focus on improving Service-to-Sales handoffs.
  • Collaborate across ADP-including U.S. colleagues-on a strategic framework to significantly increase referral activity.
  • Support internal stakeholders in sales execution, referral readiness, and program management.
  • Create tools, job aids, and resources to enable District Managers and Service associates to generate high-quality referrals and support the sale of leads.
  • Drive accountability with Sales and Service leadership to ensure the right referral activities, behaviors, and results.
  • Maintain regular communication with key contacts at channel partners to solicit feedback and improve program performance.
  • Develop an annual business plan focused on optimizing referral workflows, deepening Service partnerships, and exceeding quota expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing research into best-in-class referral programs and assess opportunities for ADP to adopt or enhance practices.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll, HR, and TLM solutions to articulate program value and empower Service partners to identify opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the regional Centers of Influence COI) program, including engagement strategy, partner activation, tracking, and performance optimization.
  • Enable sellers and leaders with clear COI program education, playbooks, talk tracks, and ongoing coaching to ensure consistent execution across the region.
  • Oversee all COI program operations, including compliance, submission workflows, reporting accuracy, and process improvements to ensure a seamless experience for both associates and partners.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and industry conferences as appropriate.
  • Attend and participate in weekly roll-call meetings for multiple business segments.
  • Establish a reporting cadence, prepare formal updates, and lead recurring meetings on program performance.
  • Provide monthly referral and sales reporting; collaborate with regional Channel Sales Managers as needed.
  • Travel as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Five plus years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to effectively prospect into the C-Suite and continually achieve or exceed sales quota
  • Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes
  • Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications
  • Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset
  • Demonstrated success in a team-selling environment
  • Skilled in effective use of CRM
  • Excellent work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills
  • Highschool diploma is required.
  • Valid Drivers Lisc.
