ADP is hiring a Sales Leader, National Accounts Services - Canada Sales.

As Sales Leader, National Accounts, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to drive National Accounts Services sales performance across your region. You’ll lead growth initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and deliver results aligned with business objectives and budget targets.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the regional National Accounts sales budget to maximize segment growth
- Deliver revenue and cost objectives, including direct and indirect selling expenses
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve assigned sales goals
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies
- Align initiatives with evolving market and business conditions
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and professionals
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance excellence
- Oversee succession planning and career development programs
- Champion change initiatives in a metrics-driven environment
- Strengthen and represent the corporate brand and value proposition
To Succeed in This Role
- 10+ years of sales experience, including senior sales management
- 5+ years of people leadership experience leader of leaders preferred)
- Proven track record of sales growth and business planning excellence
- Strong ability to develop talent and lead change
- Experience in a process-oriented, metrics-driven sales organization
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experience assessing client needs and driving solution alignment
- US or international subsidiary experience considered an asset
- High School Diploma required
- Valid Driver’s Licence

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is CAD $152,395.00 - CAD $202,395.00 / Year*
