Description
We are:
Talent & Organization - we help Health organizations co-create the workforce of the future. We empower people with the skills, support, and experiences they need to thrive in an evolving health system. We design human-centered learning programs, deliver change strategies that work in clinical and operational environments, and help leaders build adaptable, forward-thinking teams.
Our people and our approach put us at the forefront of human-centered transformation in healthcare. We help health systems, hospitals, payers, and public health organizations evolve their workforce capabilities, learning ecosystems, and cultures to accelerate digital adoption, improve care delivery, and enhance patient and provider experience.
You are:
A seasoned Learning and Talent Strategy leader in the healthcare space. You know transformation isn’t optional for health organizations-it’s essential. You’ve led teams and stakeholders through major initiatives such as EHR modernization, digital health adoption, workflow changes, clinical optimization, or provincial system transformation, and you understand what it takes to make those changes stick.
You bring deep experience in learning strategy, workforce capability building, human-centered change, and leadership enablement. You’re skilled at guiding complex health organizations-often with multiple stakeholders, clinical teams, and unions-through uncertainty and large-scale transitions. Colleagues and clients see you as a trusted advisor who can turn strategy into real, sustained behavior change and improved human experience.
The work:
Guide Health clients through large-scale transformations that improve workforce capability, digital adoption, care delivery, and operational performance.
Develop learning and capability strategies aligned to organizational goals-spanning digital health initiatives, clinical transformation, operational improvement, and patient/provider experience.
Translate business and clinical direction into human-centered learning and change programs that prepare the workforce for new tools, behaviors, and ways of working.
Design holistic Change & Human Experience strategies that build awareness, engagement, and adoption across diverse clinical and operational roles.
Apply leading-practice methodologies and tools, including:
Learning and change analytics
Digital learning platforms and adoption tools
Personas, journey mapping, and experience design
Engagement and collaboration tools (e.g., Mentimeter, virtual facilitation tools)
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to sustain adoption-tracking behavior change, experience outcomes, and workforce readiness.
Support clients in building resilient, adaptive organizations capable of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to business development through proposals, client relationship-building, and thought leadership.
Play a leadership role within the Talent & Organization practice through coaching, capability building, knowledge-sharing, and developing points of view.
Here’s what you need:
5+ years of consulting experience, including 3+ years in learning, change, or human experience work.
Experience working with Canadian healthcare organizations (e.g., hospitals, provincial/regional health authorities, public health agencies, payers, or health ministries).
Proven expertise leading learning and change efforts across large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
A University Degree is required for this position.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
You have 5+ years’ experience in three or more of the following areas:
Learning Strategy
Instructional Design / Curriculum Development
Facilitation and Coaching
Change Analytics
Change Tracking and Measurement
Design Thinking
Workforce Capability Building

You’re skilled in using digital tools and analytics to drive change adoption and workforce engagement.
You have experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology.
