You are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.

  • You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, while also providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Design, customize, configure and test SAP FI/CO solutions while ensuring integration with other functional modules.

  • Create functional specs for detail design logic and testing. Conduct UAT with business users.

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions.

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of new systems and processes

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience

  • Minimum of 1 end to end implementation project

  • Proven knowledge in some or all core S4 finance modules like GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, etc.

  • Secret Security clearance required

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

  • You’ve got external consulting experience

  • Exposure to automation and optimization of finance processes and analytics, demonstrating AI/ ML/ GenAI based solutions

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
