You are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. • Own end-to-end SAP PP and QM solution strategy and architecture, covering core manufacturing, production planning, execution, and quality management processes in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Act as the SAP PP & QM solution lead, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and Accenture architecture standards.
  • Lead large-scale, global SAP PP & QM transformation programs, driving process standardization across plants and regions.
  • Govern integration design and execution across SAP PP/QM and related modules (MM, WM/EWM, PM, SD, Finance) and shopfloor / MES systems.
  • Oversee design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness, ensuring stable production deployments and business continuity.
  • Provide strategic advisory to Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations leadership, shaping transformation roadmaps and value realization.
  • Drive change management, training, and adoption for planners, quality teams, and plant users.
  • Mentor and develop SAP PP & QM leads and architects, and contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and manufacturing practice growth.
Qualification

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on and leadership expertise in SAP PP and QM.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and quality implementations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, production planning, and quality processes.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior client and Accenture leadership.
