You are:
A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
The work:

Design and Develop solutions using SAP Build: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient Business Processes, Automations using Build Process Automation, develop extensions using Build Apps, develop custom Joule Skills and Agents using Joule Studio to automate business processes, improve efficiency enhancing core SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba)

Build Process Automation using UiPath integrated with Build Process Automation

Develop sites using SAP Build Work Zone solution and integrate process automation workflows using Task center

Integration and Data Synchronization: Integrate SAP Build Process Automation with various SAP and non-SAP systems. Ensure smooth data synchronization and robust data flow across enterprise systems.

Security: Strong understanding of security best practices, audit logging within SAP environments, particularly for SAP Build Process Automation. Familiarity with securing automation workflows, data protection, and authentication mechanisms, including SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and SAP XSUAA.

Innovation and Research: Stay current with emerging SAP technologies, tools, and trends, particularly in SAP Build Process Automation, Business AI and Joule. Proactively explore new ways to enhance automation capabilities and process optimization within the SAP ecosystem

Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborate with functional teams and architects to create extension strategies and design patterns that align with business requirements, clean core principles ensuring optimized performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Client Interaction: Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver customized solutions that address specific business needs.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes, while leveraging SAP BTP tools to streamline deployment and lifecycle management.

Innovation & Research: Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and trends, and proactively explore new solutions within the SAP BTP ecosystem to continuously improve our extension development approach.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document extension designs, configurations, and development processes. Share knowledge across teams to promote a unified approach to SAP extension development.
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Development, with at least 3 years’ experience working with SAP BTP Build Process Automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus Points if:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Build Process Automation (formerly SAP Intelligent RPA), including the creation business processes, automations, integrating with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other business systems.
- Transition from workflow management solution to SAP Build Process Automation
- Integrating Build Process automation with add-on by UiPath
- Build Work Zone Implementations and Integrations with Joule and Task Center/My Inbox
- SAP Business AI, Joule Studio- Creation of Joule skills and agents
- Experience incorporating GenAI technologies like GPT, NLP, and machine learning into process automation workflows to optimize decision-making, predictions, and conversational AI.
- Expertise in cloud-native development concepts, including microservices architecture, containerization, serverless computing, and event-driven architectures within the SAP BTP ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP environments - Cloud Foundry and Kyma
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration between SAP BTP and on-premises/cloud SAP systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Jenkins, and SAP Business Application Studio to streamline the development and deployment processes.
- Experience working in an agile development environment with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Working experience of SAP XSUAA, IAS services and understanding of security best practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) as applied to SAP development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize extension performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP BTP certifications are a plus.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

British Columbia/Ontario $69,450 to $119,450
