Become a part of a unique culture that represents a global collective of diverse talent and people innovating together. We are omni-connected, there is no one-size-fits all - some teams are fully remote while others continue to meet with clients.

You’re also passionate about finance and accounting, and are pursuing (or have achieved) your CPA designation, and are ready to provide consulting solutions to finance organizations. A numbers person, a techie and above all, a team-player. You understand the power of technology to make finance functions easier, and now you’re ready to work collaboratively to help get clients ready for the future of finance and accounting.

You are:

Unafraid to experiment. You are willing to share your ideas. You can see all around that the world is changing. Emerging technologies and next-generation IT excite you -- you’re ready to put that passion to work. Customers want more; the average citizen wants more. And you know that in order to make change happen, you need to understand how things work today so you can improve them for tomorrow. You are ready to stretch boundaries -- and yourself.

The work:

  • Kick-start your career in our Consulting Development Program to learn the latest skills, go through multiple project experiences that give you the opportunity to learn new skills across industries

    • Work closely with clients to learn how their business is working today, with a focus on the CFO and finance and accounting teams within leading organizations

    • Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas on how to improve business processes

    • Join your teammates to dive into consulting projects, deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients

    • Check out different cloud technologies that may be a good solution for the client’s need

    • Analyze project statistics and business data to read the story behind the numbers

    • Manage projects like a pro, tracking status, timeline, costs and delivery

CDP - CFO & Enterprise Value alignment

  • Champion digital finance and accounting strategies by:

    • Working on finance applications that improve digital efficiencies - from intelligent automation and RPA to targeted solutions like Anaplan or Blackline, you embrace using the latest tools to make finance faster and better

    • Implementing Cloud ERP and EV business solutions - SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, you help finance teams get the most value out of their ERP systems. Including documenting high level requirements, designs, testing strategies, and approaches to go-live

    • Defining end-to-end finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) that incorporate machine learning and AI

The work location for this role can include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
