Key Responsibilities

• Lead change for Key strategic initiatives/projects with a focus on innovation and automation to enable the GP&S mission

• Continue to support the overall Accenture growth strategy: engage in sales pursuits with potential clients for Physical Security solutions and creating innovative, best-in-class credentials

• Execute the Executive Communications plan in collaboration with leadership and Marketing + Communications

• Continue and manage a comprehensive succession plan to lay the foundation for future Global Protection & Security leaders

• Initiate and manage a Mentoring Program for GP&S to learn and grow by building relationships internally and with stakeholders

Skills:

• Experience leading large, complex change programs

• Expertise in designing and developing communications and training solutions

• Expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint

• Full and advanced understanding Accenture processes, systems, and organizational structures

• Advance and comprehensive knowledge of change management trends within Accenture

• Advanced ability to assess end user requirements and identify behavioral impacts to efficiently address change solutions

• Ability to work effectively with team members in a global, virtual environment

• Extremely strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management and staff

• Advanced project / program management skills

• Advanced experience working with Marketing + Communications, Design thinking and FORM concepts is an advantage
