The Go-to-Market Lead in Design & Digital Products will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative, differentiated offerings that address market needs and drive business growth. This role involves leveraging competitive intelligence, proprietary content, and business case development to shape commercialization strategies aligned with intellectual property policies. The Go-to-Market Lead will also promote awareness and understanding of products, services, and assets while empowering teams to effectively sell and deliver offerings. Additionally, the role includes creating reusable assets and designing learning strategies to enhance skills and knowledge across teams, ensuring continuous improvement and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Strategy & Positioning

  • Contribute to strategies, planning, industries, and offerings.
  • Refine strategies into clear, differentiated value propositions that connect with market needs.
  • Package services and solutions into repeatable, market-ready offerings while allowing flexibility for custom work.

Pipeline Development & Opportunity Shaping

  • Partner with leadership to identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to shape deal strategies, including approach, pricing, and commercial constructs.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, pitches, and presentations.

Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Partner with leadership to drive awareness and origination in market, informing content and thought leadership.
  • Help translate project work into market-facing narratives that demonstrate impact and outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership in client meetings, events, and industry conversations.

Skills Development

  • Partner with leadership to design and deliver training to build skills and effectiveness.
  • Partner with to develop tools, playbooks, and templates to support efficiency and standardization.

Qualifications

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Go-to-Market strategies and building relationships across the C-suite.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies, including positioning and value proposition creation.
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline development, opportunity shaping, and deal strategy formulation.
  • Experience contributing to RFP responses, pitches, and presentations.
  • Background in marketing, thought leadership, and client engagement, including translating project outcomes into impactful narratives.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to refine strategies into market-ready offerings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
  • Ability to develop tools, playbooks, and templates for standardization and efficiency.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Ability to partner effectively with leadership across industries and offerings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive awareness, origination, and client engagement.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide teams in shaping deal strategies and delivering impactful solutions.

Market Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of market needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies and commercial constructs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain Security Reliability clearance.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as this role involves regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries where English is the common language. Due to the high volume of English-speaking interactions inherent to this position, reorganizing activities to avoid this requirement is not feasible.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
