Job Description

Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

French Speaking Inside Sales Account Representative Senior Analyst

  • Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate/non-active existing and new accounts.

  • Catching inbound and net new qualified leads

  • Has end-to-end cycle sales or partial cycle of sales responsibility for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management.

  • Participate in client management calls.

  • Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and useful insights to help them succeed.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships.

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership.

  • Consult with partners that are out in the field and can either be client partners or outside third-party vendors.

  • Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs and be able to use LinkedIn to identify potential targets.

  • Participate in the development of materials needed for the campaign/ program.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience

  • Bilingual in English and French at a C1 level


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Prior inside sales experience - Catching inbound/outbound and net new, qualified leads.

  • Driving a specific set of accounts/territory or account management skills

  • Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts.

  • High communications skills (Partner and Client Facing)

  • Experience with Microsoft Volume Licensing (EA, CSP, Open, OV, etc.)

  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion.

  • Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.

  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications

  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership.

This is a hybrid role in Toronto, ON.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
