Role Mission :

Your primary mission will be to accelerate A+’s growth by deploying, testing, and continuously optimizing both digital marketing initiatives (inbound, outbound, ABM) and traditional channels (PR, print, events) to generate qualified demand. You will own and drive growth tactics, measure performance, iterate quickly, and position A+ as a leading reference in its industry. Why join A+? Responsibilities:

  • Execute growth tactics and initiatives (inbound, outbound, ABM) as well as traditional marketing efforts (events, PR, print) across the right channels, with strong attention to execution.

  • Own the annual content calendar and produce content across multiple formats: videos, blog articles, white papers, social media posts, case studies, etc.

  • Manage campaigns (OT&C) and oversee paid and organic acquisition budgets (SEO/SEA, social, email, retargeting).

  • Implement and maintain reliable tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversions) and ensure data-driven decision-making within HubSpot and GA4.

  • Design and run experiments (A/B tests, landing pages, forms, sequences) to improve performance across the entire funnel.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, design, project teams) and external partners (agencies, freelancers) to deliver efficiently and effectively.

Job requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B acquisition

  • Excellent written and spoken English and French

  • Proven experience in web content production: strong SEO knowledge, pillar content strategy, web writing best practices, familiarity with AEO, etc.

  • Experience managing both paid and organic campaigns (SEO/SEA, social ads, email, retargeting): structuring, targeting, budgeting, and ongoing optimization

  • Proficiency with HubSpot and GA4, including tracking implementation (UTMs, pixels, events, conversions)

  • Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, data interpretation, and actionable recommendations

  • Growth mindset: action-oriented with the ability to iterate quickly (test learn improve)

  • Comfortable using AI tools applied to marketing (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs

  • Business development experience (asset)

  • Experience in real estate, design, or construction industries (asset)
