Plan Group is a subsidiary of French construction consortium Bouygues Energies & Services. The transaction will facilitate GASTIER’s growth objectives and maintain our position as a construction industry leader in our key markets. The acquisition will provide an immediate reinforcement of our financial base and executional capacity. We will also be able to offer clients an even broader range of electrical and mechanical construction solutions, in particular through Plan Group’s Information, Communication and Technologies (ICAT) service.
