Scope of Project: Brand strategy development & campaign execution

Preferred Candidate Background: experience with owning a campaign start to finish

How will performance be measured: launching campaign on time and on budget, and how successful it is in the market

Selling Points of Position (CVP): uniquely positioned in what the candidate will be able to work on - launching a rebrand

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) Experience building strategies & writing briefs - 8+ years

2.) Experience with media environment - execution across different marketing channels - 8+ years

3.) Experience with creative development with different agencies and internal partners/teams/stakeholders - 8+ years

4.) Project/budget management experience: results reporting, analysis - 8+ years


NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Banking or financial industry experience

2.) Working in large organizations/corporations

3.) Previous agency experience (account)
