Our utilities client is seeking a Sr SAP Finance Consultant to support with S/4Hana Finance integrating with SAP IS-U - 22266

Initially a 12-months contract. Can be remote in PST time zone. Candidates MUST be in Canada. 37.5 hours/week.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance consulting experience with a focus on the utilities industry.
• Strong knowledge of utilities finance processes including tariff and rate management, cost allocation, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and integrating with SAP IS-U.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards applicable to utilities.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fiori apps for finance preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial processes and provide solutions in a utilities context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with asset-intensive industry financial management.

Knowledge of environmental and sustainability accounting in utilities.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, regulatory affairs, and IT.

Exposure to cloud-based SAP deployments.

Desired experience with AI or UI innovations

Reporting tool experience with narrative generation (eg. Workiva or equivalent)
