Description
Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support Loyalty Program initiatives.
Duration: Until December 2026, to start
Location: Brampton - 3-4 days to start then flexible to 1-2 days/week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Loyalty Program initiatives, including POS implementation across retail locations
- Develop and manage integrated project plans spanning business, technology, operations, and vendor teams
- Partner closely with store operations and technology teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery discipline across multiple workstreams
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and critical path items
- Prepare executive-level materials, including steering committee decks and status reporting
- Drive proactive stakeholder communication across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Manage third-party vendors and external partners where applicable
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ Years as a Technical Project Management experience
- Experience delivering Loyalty Program initiatives, experience implementing or enhancing loyalty capabilities
- Agile delivery experience; proficient with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
Nice to Haves:
- Retail, telecommunications, or loyalty platform experience preferred
