Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Systems Consultant (5+ years) to support Enterprise Scheduling and File Transfer Services using AutoSys and SecureTransport

Join a specialized technology operations team within Infrastructure Operations & Networks focused on Enterprise Scheduling and File Transfer initiatives. This role provides technical leadership and standards development across design, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise-level scheduling tools. You will play a critical part in defining hardware and software roadmaps and ensuring secure, scalable technology solutions across the organization. This backfill contract offers exposure to high-visibility enterprise systems within a collaborative hybrid environment.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, every Tuesday and the second Friday of the month.

Must Haves

5-7 years experience

• Proficiency with AutoSys for Enterprise Scheduling operations and administration
• Experience supporting File Transfer systems such as SecureTransport
• Strong Windows and Linux OS knowledge for enterprise environments
• Scripting experience in VB, Python, and Shell
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with other enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., IBM Workload Scheduler, CTRL-M)
• Familiarity with Azure or Agile delivery environments
• Basic shell scripting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership during design, build, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling and File Transfer initiatives
• Deliver level 3 support for technology-related incidents within Enterprise Scheduling and File Transfer Services
• Define standards and roadmaps for hardware, software, and security infrastructure
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop practical and secure enterprise solutions
• Evaluate and implement new and emerging products or techniques supporting business technology needs
• Contribute to governance and policy development initiatives
