Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to support the implementation of Salesforce Field Service module.
Initial 6 month contract with possible extension, 100% remote (EST hours), with possible occasional on-site travel to Toronto (preference for GTA-based candidates).
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements related to field service operations
- Configure Salesforce Field Service objects including service territories, work types, service appointments, and skills
- Configure profiles, permissions, and mobile settings for field technicians
- Support functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Assist with user training and documentation
- Coordinate with technical team for any required development or integration work
- Follow Salesforce configuration best practices and project guidelines
Must-have skills:
- 7+ years experience as a Salesforce Consultant
- Experience implementing Salesforce Field Service (formerly known as Field Service Lightning or FSL)
