We are looking for a you will be leading a cross-functional team, using agile methodologies to build on-prem and cloud native applications for the financial services industry.

Full Time Permanent Role

3 times a week on site (Near King Station)

Salary Range: CAD $140,000 - $180,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across the IT organization
• Design and implement complex Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Ensure Salesforce integrates with the larger Citco ecosystem in standard patterns and following best practices
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce development
• Lead technical planning sessions and provide expertise in solution design reviews
• Manage complex Salesforce releases and deployments across environments
• Develop and maintain integration patterns between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure security and compliance standards are maintained across all Salesforce implementations Lead technical debt reduction initiatives and platform optimization efforts

Must-Haves

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, features, and integration modules
• Experience designing and architecting Salesforce integration patterns
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders
• Strong communication and advisory skills to guide teams on Salesforce best practices

What the Person Will Do

• Serve as the Salesforce subject-matter expert within the Technology team
• Design and oversee integration patterns between Citco systems and Salesforce
• Advise on new Salesforce features and modules relevant to ongoing integrations
• Collaborate with the business to roll out integration solutions
• Role is integration primarily architecture and planning - hands-on development is minimal
