Must-haves:

• 5+ years hands‑on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, notebooks, cluster management, job orchestration)
• Proven MS Fabric experience, including Lakehouse, Pipelines, and Data Engineering workloads
• Advanced SQL Server skills: stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing, query optimization
• Production‑level React development: component architecture, state management, API integration
• Strong Python engineering: data processing, APIs, automation, and integration with analytics platforms
• Solid C#/.NET experience for backend services, APIs, and system integrations
• Power BI expertise: DAX, data modeling, enterprise dataset design, performance optimization
• Demonstrated ability to sustain and enhance existing analytics platforms while planning re‑architecture
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions across data pipelines, APIs, and UI layers
