Senior Business Analyst to assist with the enhancement and upgrade of an online permitting system for our public sector client (Req 447)

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with the enhancement and upgrade of a online permitting system

This is a part time role (20 hours/week). Candidates will be required to be in office in Calgary when needed

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (or a Technical Lead) with a focus on large-scale application projects
• 5+ years of experience creating detailed specifications for a development team, including business impact and risk and value analysis
• Previous experience as a software developer utilizing .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone and Angular
• Experience in data analysis
