Senior Agile Coach to lead enterprise-wide agile transformations

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with C-level executives and senior leadership to implement agile methodologies that align with the company's strategic goals and business objectives. Lead organizational transformations, ensuring agile principles support the overall vision.
  • Design a customized Scaled Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) to suit the organization's needs.
  • Lead the creation of Scaled Agile training for the organization, measure success of conducted trainings and encourage certification of Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
  • Agile Tools Trainings & Utilization: Accountable for ensuring teams and leaders are trained on the effective use of agile tools such as Jira, Confluence and other applications.
  • Drive change management strategies to promote agile adoption across all departments. Engage key stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth transitions and buy-in during organizational change efforts.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to other agile coaches, product owners, and team members. Build and maintain an internal coaching capability to foster continuous improvement in agile practices.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs that enable the executive team to measure agile maturity and the success of transformation efforts.


Must Haves:

  • 10 + years of experience in agile coaching, with 5+ years working in senior leadership capacity.
  • Agile transformations at large scale organizations, including at the executive level.
  • Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS.
  • Certified agile coach (ICP-ACC, SPC, CEC, or equivalent certification)
  • Experience in building and scaling agile teams across department in complex, matrix environments.


Nice to Haves:

  • Technology, finance and insurance industry experience
  • Previous experience with digital transformation or enterprise wide change initiatives.
  • Personal & Casualty experience; Guidewire experience
