Our financial services client is seeking a Content Quality Assurance & Auditor (2+ years) to validate and audit email, SMS, and web campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Join a dynamic Marketing organization supporting client-facing digital communications across promotional and service messages. This role focuses on executing QA and audit activities across campaigns, journeys, and automations developed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Working in a hybrid environment, the successful candidate will collaborate with developers, project managers, and auditors to uphold compliance and quality standards across all customer communications. The position offers visibility across both QA and Content Development teams and exposure to end-to-end marketing automation processes.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, in office every Thursday and every fourth Friday of the month.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years in email/web development testing, campaign execution, or quality assurance
  • 2+ years functionally testing emails, websites, mobile applications, and campaign automations
  • Hands-on with JIRA, Bugzilla, Workfront, Litmus, Email on Acid, DiffChecker, SauceLabs, and BrowserStack
  • Accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 and AODA
  • Experience with Workfront or equivalent workflow management platform

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, SQL) and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Background as a campaign developer or QA Analyst
  • Bilingual (English and French)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate emails, SMS, web pages, and campaign journeys against defined quality standards
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute QA activities and sign-offs for digital assets
  • Ensure completeness, compliance, and documentation for all marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Identify, document, and analyze defects and inconsistencies in campaign execution
  • Track and monitor process issues, recommending improvements to streamline workflows
  • Review feedback to enhance quality checks and improve campaign accuracy
