Description

What You’ll Do

Coordinate end-to-end releases across 6 various teams and two core workstreams
Manage progression from dev QA UAT production
Ensure environment readiness, test data availability, and smooth UAT cycles
Drive release governance, checklists, gating criteria, and best practices
Consolidate risks, issues, and status into one clear narrative for the business
Recommend scope adjustments and escalate go/no-go decisions when needed
Act as the single point of contact for release progress and updates

What You Bring

Experience in release management or project management (PMs welcome)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented during UAT pressure
Strong coordination and follow-through across multiple teams
Financial services experience is preferred
