Description
Core Requirements
- Experienced, seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record of driving work forward independently.
- Background working within IT organizations, supporting application and technology operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA and operational or delivery workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Proven ability to work within a mature PMO, following defined processes, governance, and artifacts.
Preferred Experience
- Agile/Scrum experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with financial services or pension‑related application management is an asset.
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts and operational disciplines.
- PM certifications (e.g., PMP) or strong operational IT backgrounds are highly desirable.
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
