PERM - Int. SAP P2P Functional Analyst to join our automotive client's SAP team.

Location: Hybrid 3x/week in Scarborough, ON

Job Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert for P2P including business processes refinement, incident and problem management, enhancement definition and implementation within SAP S4/HANA
• Identify business applications and how they are used by our business users including: processes, enhancement opportunities, interfaces to/from other systems, overall architecture and deployment framework
• Write business requirement documents and documents functional specifications. Adjust documentation style / template based on delivery approach e.g. Waterfall (Requirements Documents), Agile (User Stories)
• Monitor project and enhancement demands, request resources for initiatives and take care of business request priorities
• Ensure solutions are developed, integrated and properly maintained within S4/HANA landscape, and in accordance with company standards and established architecture guidelines
• Provide consulting services for the maintenance, enhancement and troubleshooting of SAP and related applications

Must haves:

• 5+ years as a BA/BSA/FA in a SAP environment
• Experience with direct and Indirect P2P processes (Purchase Organizations, Plants, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Purchasing Group, Vendor Master)
• Experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting SAP business workflows
• Experience with integrating SAP P2P to SAP FI module
• Experience partnering with systems integrators

Nice to haves:

• Experience with integrating SAP P2P to SAP FI module
• Vehicle P2P experience
• Familiar with standard EDI format
