- Google Professional Data Engineer Certification (required)
- Strong interest in data engineering and cloud technologies with a demonstrated willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of ETL / ELT processes and data pipeline concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL and basic programming principles
- Understanding of foundational data concepts, including:
- Databases
- Data warehouses
- Data lakes
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development
- Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform services
- Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming languages
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and basic DevOps practices
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- General understanding of cloud computing concepts
