Line of business: Treasury Payments Solutions Technology
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid - 2 days in office; Tuesdays mandatory in office & 2nd day flexible)
Team size: this role will support 3 leaders within a team (not PMs)
SUMMARY
Key administrative and governance activities-such as timesheet management, PRs, forecasting, Clarity maintenance, peer review coordination, and general project administration (Jira, Excel tracking, and meeting setup)-are currently handled by delivery and account resources.
These tasks are critical for control compliance. A dedicated Jr project Administrator would centralize these responsibilities, improve consistency and data quality, and strengthen operational discipline. Overall, the role represents a cost‑effective investment that enhances delivery focus, reduces risk, and supports scalable, well‑governed operations. Key Tools to be Used: Excel, Clarity, Project Administration, Outlook for meetings/emails, Word, Co Pilot, JIRA, Confluence
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ yrs of similar experience within banking/financial services
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
- Excel, Project Administration, Outlook for meetings/emails, Word
- Excellent organizational skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- JIRA

- Any certifications in this field
Interview process: 1 Teams & 1 in person with management
Interview dates: May 6 to 15th
