Our client is looking for an Intermediate Scum Master to reinforce Agile and Scrum practices within a Customer Management Solutions & Data Services team (RFR301)


*Remote across Canada*


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years' experience as an Agile Scrum Master
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science
  • Relevant certifications including CSM or others

Required Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature.
  • Confident communicator, facilitator, and relationship-builder.
  • Skilled collaborator able to reinforce agile principles with colleagues.
  • Innovator with sound business judgment.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to help others succeed.
