Candidate Review & Selection

Codility Test prior to interviews - 40 minutes; 2 questions- please ensure they are NOT copying in responses from elsewhere even internally from the control panel or IDE as this will be flagged as fraud, should put in answer DIRECTLY into coding platform , the system tracks what the actions are and records step by step (think of it as screen recording) and will play that back, if the solution also is similar to something on the internet this will flag - not copying from their notes or Google as this will flag as fraudulent and won’t be proceeding - as long as solution is unique and original and isn’t copied (so doesn’t need to be 100% - importance is NOT copying form anywhere)

What to expect: the Codility tests are based on data structures and algorithms - it is language agnostic so they can choose the language they want to code in.

- Please ensure they try to attempt BOTH questions and spend equal time on both, not just 1 - so e.g. they can allot 20 mins for each

1st Interview - 1-hour technical panel video interview with team, follow-up questions from test and other live coding assignments

Candidates should have MS Teams set up ahead of time, and ready to be on video and share their screen for the live assignments.

Final Interview - 45 minutes with HM - more behavioural
