Job Title: IT - Scrum Master - Intermediate

Start/End Dates: 5/22/2025 - 11/21/2025

Responsibilities:

• Educate, coach, and mentor development teams on Agile/Scrum best practices

• Support and educate the Product Owner

• Work closely with the Enterprise Agile Coach to ensure ADF and Scrum best practices alignment

• Advise Scrum Masters on facilitating key Agile/Scrum activities: The Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospective Meetings, Backlog Refinement, Facilitate key Agile/Scrum rituals including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospective Meetings

• Facilitate scrum process for projects involving 4 - 7 departments.

• Promote Agile/Scrum values and support teams transformation to Agile/Scrum work practices

• Hold team accountable for the achievement of release objectives and commitments to stakeholders

• Analyze current processes assist Development Teams/Scrum Masters with the identification and implementation of improvements that optimize productivity and maximize business value

• Provide advice and feedback on how to execute Agile/Scrum methods

• Improving transparency across the organization and assisting with communication

• Ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budget by identifying and removing impediments for the team

MUST HAVE:

• Expert level of understanding of Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices

• Extensive experience applying the Agile values and principles in a direct capacity as a team member

• Knowledge of Build Automation and Deployment Automation tools and techniques strongly recommended

· Agile Methodologies: All candidates have extensive experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

o 6-10 Years of experience in Agile methodologies.

· Technical Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

o Jira, eazyBI, Power BI, Salesforce, Clarify, MIRO, Planview.

· CRM Systems: Experience with Salesforce.

· Leadership Roles: All have held senior positions and have led Agile transformations.

· Certifications: All are certified Scrum Masters and have additional Agile-related certifications.

Experience/Education:

• 0-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
