Degree/Certifications Required: Post secondary, job experience is more important

Years of Overall Experience: 2-4 years of experience (flexible with more experience)

Preferred Candidate Background: Banking or financial institution experience is an asset

Position Overview:

The Business Analyst position provides critical support to the Merchant Delivery team for the effective execution of , major Merchant Customer rollouts and projects involving Bank Point of Sale Devices. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish project timelines, and serve as the subject matter expert/conduit, ensuring that initiatives are completed on schedule, within budget, and deliver an exceptional merchant experience.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in identifying and organizing complex project requirements across multiple stakeholders.

• Proven ability to advocate for team requirements and priorities throughout project planning and execution phases.

• Experience in setting targets, defining clear objectives, and developing detailed work-back schedules to meet deadlines.

• Support process documentation, through capturing and documenting processes and procedures to support different teams within Merchant Solutions Group.

• Exceptional self-motivation and a strong work ethic, consistently driving projects forward.

• Track record of effectively influencing and impacting individuals at all organizational levels.
