Location: Remote (GTA or Kitchener/Waterloo preferred)


As part of the Global Marketing group, this role provides consulting and delivery services in the field of digital analytics, with a strong focus on implementing and supporting the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK. This is a hands-on role with significant scope that requires working closely with digital analytics professionals, IT, and business partners to enable and sustain rich, future-proof data collection for marketing and customer experience.

What will you do?

• Design, implement, and optimize Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK implementations to enable Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

• Translate data collection requirements into Web SDK configuration and XDM schema design, ensuring alignment with business goals and privacy requirements.

• Implement tracking via tag management systems (primarily Tealium iQ; Adobe Tags/Launch experience is an asset).

• Develop and validate data layer structures, custom code, and SDK configurations to support advanced digital analytics use cases.

• Perform end-to-end QA of Web SDK events using browser developer tools and proxy debuggers (e.g., Charles Proxy, Fiddler).

• Collaborate with analytics teams, developers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, durable Web SDK solutions.

• Maintain implementation quality and adherence to internal guidelines around security, consent, and privacy (e.g., CMP integrations).

• Troubleshoot and resolve data collection issues, proactively identifying opportunities to improve tracking architecture.

• Assist in the development of best practices and documentation to advance the organization’s Web SDK and AEP adoption.

What do you need to succeed?

• Proven, hands-on experience with the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (configuration, XDM schemas, AEP data collection, Adobe Analytics mappings).

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud applications (Adobe Analytics, AEP, Adobe Target) and how they integrate via Web SDK.

• Strong background in tag management systems (Tealium iQ preferred; Adobe Tags/Launch and server-side tagging are assets).

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery for custom tagging solutions.

• Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools, Adobe Assurance and proxy tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, etc.).

• Knowledge of Content Security Policy (CSP), cookies, localStorage/sessionStorage, and consent frameworks.

• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and drive Web SDK adoption across teams.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable; capable of prioritizing multiple requests with a focus on business value.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side tagging and Adobe Edge Network.

• Knowledge of consent management platforms (CMPs) such as OneTrust, and how they integrate with Web SDK.

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection in both client-side and server-side configurations.

• Exposure to Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Experience contributing to data governance frameworks (taxonomy, naming standards, XDM schema design).
