Our Financial Services Client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience implementing a commercial or corporate online banking platform. The ideal candidate understands digital user journeys, complex commercial banking workflows, and how front-end platforms integrate with backend systems. Experience with commercial banking payments and functionalities such as eTransfer, Wires, EFT, and CRA payments is highly valued.

This is Permanent role,100% Remote, Vancouver, BC preferred, open to Ontario candidates.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, or similar role.
• Willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated experience implementing or enhancing a commercial/corporate online banking platform, including front-end journey design and integration to backend/core systems.
• Experience with commercial banking payments and functionalities such as eTransfer, Wires, EFT, and CRA payments
• Proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest developments in the area of expertise. Ability to grasp new skills and content quickly.
• Business Analysis or IT & Process related certifications (CBAP, AAC, ITIL Foundation, CISA) are an asset.
