Banking Scrum Master
Duration: 1 year
Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home
160 Front Street West Corporate, Toronto, Ontario and then will change to 79 Wellington Street
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
Degree/Level of Education: University Degree is required (Engineering or Computer Science is an asset)
Certifications Required: CSM or PSM is a must have, Safe Scrum Master is a nice to have
1.) 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
2.) Ability to work with and support multiple pods at once
3.) CSM or PSM certification
4.) Jira and Confluence experience
5: Kanban experience
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Previous banking experience
2.) Safe Scrum Master certification
3.) Clarity experience
