Our Valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the current legacy remedy systems and its custom applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the current legacy remedy systems and its custom applications
  • Participate in the process of migrating / modernizing some of the legacy remedy applications
  • Provide technical advises regarding ITSM related situations
  • Propose technical solutions to ITSM related problems and challenges


Must haves:

  • 2+ years experience as an Application support specialist
  • Must have ITIL v3 certification, diploma, or degree in computer science
  • 5+ years experience developing custom applications in ITSM BMC Remedy projects
  • 5+ years of experience responding to user requirements, using BMC ITSM system (Remedy 9.1 or newer)
