What you’ll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Location: Toronto

Expected start date to end date:October 2025 - May 2026
Work hours: 40 hours per week desired

As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will create and implement marketing strategies to support SCM programs, develop clear and engaging communications for stakeholders, manage digital platforms like SharePoint, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance team and program visibility. You will drive stakeholder engagement and content delivery, leading activities such as:

  • Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs and stakeholders by creating and distributing newsletters and slide decks to promote program updates and activities.
  • Manage meeting cadences, ensuring all communications and coordination are executed smoothly.
  • Oversee SharePoint management, organizing and maintaining content for easy access and collaboration.
  • Develop and curate engaging and informative content to support program objectives.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests by delivering tailored communication resources and materials.

  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to navigate and resolve unforeseen challenges thoughtfully and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: An eye for accuracy and quality, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards.

As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will create and implement marketing strategies to support SCM programs, develop clear and engaging communications for stakeholders, manage digital platforms like SharePoint, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance team and program visibility.
If you have less than three years' professional experience, you'll be part of SAP Next Gen.

Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
