Job Responsibilities:
Administration of delivery systems to ensure accurate delivery of our product to our Customers.
Participate in advanced quality planning activities, as needed.
Maintain routing and releasing information for all Customers.
Review of customer releases and material schedules for verification of ACCUMs and the ability to ship their requirements on time.
Investigates issues, and develops and implements solutions to ERP Related activities
Updates TS documents when changes occur to procedures that are implemented
Assess and present solutions through use of ERP systems.
Initiate and lead ERP related projects and provide day to day support.
Collaborate with various business units in organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes and functions.
Implementation of newly created functions and reports.
Identify and resolve systems issues using ERP solutions.
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of ERP applications
Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions with minimal supervision.
Interpret users’ problems over phone and respond with solutions.
Setup Item Master records in ERP to support Engineering Changes and/or New Launch Programs
Setup Part Routing and Part Bill of Materials in ERP system in Support of Part Setup Team
Support Event Based Production Manager Touchscreen Shop Floor Reporting in all aspects from implementation, training and continuous improvement
Full compliance with all administrative requirements within MDV.
Ensures work area is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times.
Reports all incidents or accidents that may cause damage or injury.
Observes all Federal/Provincial Regulations including standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the Occupational Health & Safety Act as well as Policies and Procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Participates in Continuous Improvement / Suggestion Programs.
Attends all scheduled training/meetings bringing forward any questions at that time or to his/her Supervisor/Designee.
Identify opportunities and participate in continuous improvement of materials processes.
Continuously strive to improve through self-development.
Perform other assignments as requested by management from time to time as well as making Supervisor/Designee aware of problems/slowdown in work area so can be assigned further duties.
Provides coverage for Customer Service or other Material Control Staff to balance workload and/or vacation coverage as required.

Education and Qualification:
3 to 5 years of industrial experience within production planning disciplines
Post secondary education, Engineering and/or Business Administration, or equivalent related experience
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control practices, delivery/routing systems
Proficient in industry specific applications, EDI, Associated Mapping Tools and EPICOR ERP (Formerly CMS)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Good command of the English language both verbal, written and the ability to communicate to the customer.
