Our Go-to-Market (Digital Services) team partners closely with tax and advisory leaders across the country to identify gaps, shape opportunities, and bring high-impact solutions to clients.
As a Senior Consultant on the Go-to-Market (GTM) team within Ignition Tax, you will help design, launch, and scale new technology-enabled offerings- working directly with external clients and internal practitioners to translate real-world workflows into repeatable, productized solutions. You will operate at the intersection of client service, product strategy, and delivery execution, driving outcomes that accelerate growth and positions KPMG as a market leader.
We are looking for a Senior Consultant who is in-service by default- someone who builds trust quickly, anticipates needs, and removes friction so others can deliver their best work. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and care deeply about outcomes in live client service environments. In this strategic role, your contributions will be high- impact and hands-on, enabling you to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies, lead the direction of new client products and interface with the business, clients and development teams.
What you will do
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for SaaS products, including concept validation, positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch planning
- Work directly with external clients and internal practitioners to understand needs, validate pain points, translating these into scalable solutions
- Identify client experience gaps and workflow challenges and convert them into clear go-to-market opportunities
- Support sales and adoption cycles end-to-end- shaping opportunity narratives, enabling stakeholders, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring measurable impact in client outcomes and usage
- Partner with product teams to develop new products, refine messaging, and provide practitioner-driven insights
- Contribute to national GTM strategy, enablement programs, insights, and other high-visibility initiatives that scale adoption across the country
- Manage discrete workstreams or initiatives with strong ownership- driving timelines, deliverables, quality and stakeholder alignment
- Equip partners, senior managers, and managers to confidently introduce our products into client conversations and drive sustained adoption
What you bring to the role
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years in GTM, product development, consulting, sales enablement, or other growth-driven roles in a technology – driven environment
- Demonstrated experience shaping client-facing solutions and delivering value directly in client service environments
- Strong understanding of technology within a professional services environment, including product-led growth, enterprise sales motions
- A service-driven mindset: you make people’s lives easier and their outcomes better. You anticipate, you deliver, and you show up with care
- Experience driving adoption, supporting sales motions, or building momentum around new offerings
- Strong storytelling and clear, compelling communication - able to simplify complex ideas into crisp value propositions
- Proactivity and an entrepreneurial spirit: you take initiative, anticipate needs, prioritize key actions and advance workstreams independently
- Creative problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $79,000 to $129,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
