This senior brand manager reports to the Managing Director, Head of Global Brand and Program Management. Together, they will set the strategic direction, activation, protection and governance of the KPMG brand in alignment with the overall KPMG vision, business objectives and marketing strategy. This includes our positioning, visual identity/tone of voice, brand architecture (naming, sub-branding and brand integration for acquisitions)/trademarks, brand management and global brand tracking. The remit also spans sponsorships, global brand campaigns/advertising, digital marketing and AI integrations. This includes responsibility for brand delivery of key corporate programs such as “MAKE”, our global brand campaign and the annual meeting in Davos.
What you will do
- Identify and monitor emerging trends and opportunities in the industry, and work with business leadership to build brand, relationships, and support revenue generating activities across markets
- Strategic planning, brand program management and execution
- Develop and implement brand tracking program plans, collaborating closely with support teams and monitoring progress and data analysis
- Develop and implement brand governance program plans, collaborating closely with support teams and monitoring progress
- Aligning Global brand activities (e.g. Brand Narrative, “KPMG. Make the Difference.”/MAKE global brand campaign) with the firm’s business priorities
- Collaborate with colleagues, functions, industries, geographies and regional counterparts on tier 1/tier 2 campaigns and tier 3 client stories that employ and highlight our brand, integrated plans and capabilities
What you bring to the role
- Senior-level marketing professional with 8–10 years of experience, particularly in brand and communications strategy within complex, matrixed environments
- Proven expertise in leading international brand management programs, including brand measurement and research design to inform strategy and execution
- Demonstrated success in building branded customer or client experiences by integrating customer insights and leveraging KPIs and reporting tools
- Advanced skills in digital marketing, AI-driven initiatives, and program management to stay ahead in an evolving marketing landscape
- Exceptional ability to serve as a strategic advisor, working closely with leadership teams to navigate change management and build negotiation/consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing and Communications
- Flexibility to work hours typical of a global role, including connecting with colleagues in different time zones

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
