About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent Senior Accountant position within a close-knit finance team. The role is focused on supporting core accounting operations while contributing to overall financial performance.

You’ll be working in a hands-on environment with exposure to reporting, operational accounting, and cross-functional collaboration. There is a strong opportunity to take ownership and be involved in process improvements as the business continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close processes and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and internal reports
• Assist with financial reporting and provide insights to leadership
• Partner with internal teams to support accurate tracking of costs and activities
• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, payments, and general ledger work
• Assist with audit requirements and help maintain internal controls
• Contribute to process improvements and support system-related initiatives

What They’re Looking For:

• CPA designated or actively pursuing
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end processes
• Experience in a project-based or operational environment is an asset
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a hands-on setting
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
