Commercial Litigator

Responsibilities
The incoming senior associate will be hitting the ground running, taking on and handling a sizeable file load in addition to supporting the senior partners of the firm. This work will consist of complex commercial disputes, including but not limited to shareholder and partnership disputes, franchise disputes, construction disputes, product liability matters, securities litigation, and class action matters.

Qualifications

• Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
• 4+ years of experience post call to the BC Bar. Emphasis of experience in commercial litigation considered a strong asset
• Be comfortable with a billable target of 1500
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
