Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team in Downtown Toronto. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients while providing exceptional customer service and developing meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a growing portfolio of personal insurance clients
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to increase client retention rates
  • Conduct insurance needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the BMS system
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to resolve client issues

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in an insurance brokerage setting in a personal lines service capacity
  • Valid RIBO License
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carrier/MGA guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
